Delete your account

Deleting an account is a lasting action. Ticko must explain what is deleted, anonymised or retained to meet a legal obligation.

Before deletion

Review responsibilities you hold in an association and hand them over if needed. Export information you want to keep when that option is available.

The exact in-app path and support channel must be confirmed before production. No fictional address is published here.

Effects on collective content, invoices or documents subject to legal retention must be detailed in the final process.
